2008 Reclamation Activities: <br />During the reporting year 2008, Bowie Resources LLC continued with the partial <br />reclamation of the Bowie No. 1 East Mine. (The 2008 reclamation is a continuation of the 2001 <br />activities in which surface structures were removed.) The 2008 reclamation consisted of returning <br />portions of the disturbed area back to approximate original contours and hydro seeding with a <br />permanent seed mix and wood fiber mulch. The following zones were completed during the 2008 <br />reporting period. Coal Stockpile & Access Road Yes Yes 11.16 Ac. <br />2007 Reclamation Activities: <br />There were no reclamation activities during this reporting period. <br />2006 Reclamation Activities: <br />Bowie Resources LLC began partial reclamation of the Bowie No. 1 Mine Loadout <br />facilities. The partial reclamation project consisted of demolition of the following structures; <br />3 Concrete Silo's <br />Truck Loadout <br />Truck Dump MCC Building <br />3
