Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of coal <br />exploration bond submitted by MGP Mineral Enterprises, LLLP for Notice of Intent No. X-2010-233-00. <br />The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Las Animas County. An <br />inspection showed that all disturbance associated with the exploration project has been adequately <br />reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 19, 20, 30 Township 34 South, Range 66 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the Canon City Daily Record. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kent A.
