<br />New Era," a weekly newspaper, published in
<br />Crowley County, Colorado. That the annexed, or
<br />attached Public Notice of Kiowa County. Notice of
<br />Application Filed with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamat;on, Board for a Regular (112)
<br />Construction Materials Operation Reclamation
<br />Permit was published in the Rocky Ford Daily
<br />Gazette. First publication being November 16,
<br />2010. Last publication being December 7, 2010.
<br />And further that said newspaper is duly qualified
<br />for the purpose of publishing said notice within
<br />the meaning of an act to amend an act entitled an
<br />act concerning legal notices, etc-, enacted March
<br />20th, 1923. That said notice was published in the
<br />newspaper proper and not in a supplement
<br />thereof. That said newspaper has been published
<br />continuously and uninterruptedly as a weekly
<br />newspaper during a period of not less than fifty-
<br />two consecutive weeks in accordance with
<br />chapter 113 session laws 1931, and that said
<br />Ordway New Era, has a general circulation in
<br />Crowley County, Colorado.
