Erickson, Environmental Protection Specialist -,I 4w <br />RE: Wildcat Mining Corporation, May Day Mine, Permit No. M-1981-185 <br />Please be advised that on January 10, 2011, Wildcat Mining Corporation, whose address and telephone number are 1630 <br />Ringling Blvd , Sarasota, FL 34236; (941) 951-0787, filed an application to convert M-1981-185, May Day Mine, a <br />110(2) Limited Impact Reclamation Permit to a 112 Regular Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation Permit. The mining <br />and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 28, Township 36 N, Range 11 W, 10th, in La Plata County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for April 11, 2011. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the La Plata County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
