The most recent <br />email stated a potential expansion of the nonconforming use. <br />NPDES State Discharge Permit/Storm Water Permit: <br />No offsite discharge of either process water or overland surface flows from disturbed <br />ground will occur. Excavations will direct surface stormwater either away from the <br />disturbed area or will contain stormwater that falls into the disturbed area. <br />Air Permits: <br />The applicant will submit an APEN to Colorado Department of Public Health for the <br />mining operation. <br />Individual air emission permits will be maintained on all ancillary equipment operated <br />within the permit boundary. <br />Revised January 5, 2011 <br />Page 16 of 24
