Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety has received the additional information requested for <br />the conversion application noted above. It appears that the information supplied is sufficient to call the <br />application complete for review. <br />Per Rule 1.4.9 the decision date for the application is set for April, 112011. However this conversion is <br />part of an enforcement action which has a required date of March 15, 2011. Therefore the decision <br />date is March 15, 2011 provided all review issues are resolved and no objections are received. If the <br />application receives no objections a decision may be rendered anytime after the public comment period <br />is completed provided all issues have been addressed. <br />Per Rule 1.6.5 the Public Notice should begin within 10 days of this letter. The Public Notice shall be <br />published four times, once a week for four consecutive weeks. The comment period extends twenty <br />days after that last date of publication. Per our communications the last date of publication is February <br />23, 2011. A Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR) of the application will begin shortly.
