6.4.13 Exhibit M - Other Permits and Licenses <br />13. Please indicate if the Applicant will apply for a Weld County Flood Hazard Development <br />Permit. <br />6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man-made Structures <br />14. The Applicant has provided the Division with four signed damage waiver agreements. <br />However, the structures relating to each agreement could not be identified from Exhibit C-1. <br />Please clarify which structure corresponds to each of the agreements. <br />As previously mentioned, if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies <br />prior to February 16, 2011, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to <br />allow for continued review of this application.
