ROCK GULCH GRAVEL PIT: <br />P RMIT AREA 1: <br />A tract of land located in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (St/2 NW114) of Section 8, <br />Township 49 North, Range 9 East of -the Now Mexico Principal Meridian, Chaffee County, <br />Colorado, being more partiailarly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner (B.L.M. Brass Cap) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SW114 NWI/4) of said Section 8; thence South 88125'00" West along the south boundary <br />of the said SW 1/4-NW 1/4, a distance of 334.48 feet; thence North 00059'01" East 559.55 feet to the <br />southeasterly edge of the borrow ditch adjacent to the roadbed of Chaffee County Road No. 107; <br />thence along the southeasterly edge of said borrow ditch. the following fourteen (14) courses and <br />distances: First North 52°09'08" Fast 24.71 feet; thence North 49°25'45" East 99.40 feet; thence <br />North 41000'02" East 100.19 feet; thence North 36°37'13" East 94.74 feet; thence North 36°01'32" <br />East 164.21 feet; thence North 41°20'48" East 94.21 feet; thence North 47°47'56" East 97.69 feet; <br />thence North 53°54'43" East 91.40 feet; thence North 57034'44" East 101.07 feet; thence North <br />67°42'07" East 87.05 feet; thence North 79°00'07" East 90.65 feet; thence North 87°47'46" East <br />91.14 feet; thence South 86°10'31" East 58.06 feet; And thence South 85027'40" East 85.40 feet; <br />thence leaving the edge of said borrow ditch, South 00°59'01" West 220.23 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar <br />with a 1-inch aluminum cap marking the location of the northwest corner of the Woodlawn <br />Cemetery; thence South 04°5243" West 514AS feet to another 5/8-inch rebar with a 1-inch <br />aluminum cap at the westerly-most comer of said Woodlawn Cemetery; thence South 00°59'01" <br />West 454.03 feet to the south boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SETA <br />NWI/4) of said Section 8; thence South 88°25'00" West along said south boundary, 611.50 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />Containing 21.9 Acres, more or less. <br />PERMIT AREA 2: <br />A tract of land located in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2 NWI/4) of Section 8, <br />Township 49 North, Range 9 East of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, Chaffee County, <br />Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northwesterly edge of the borrow ditch adjacent to the roadbed of <br />Chaffee County Road No. 107, from whence the Southeast corner (B.L.M.
