Continue construction of the soil liner fill processing plant at the East Cresson Clay Borrow. Continue construction of the Primary Underdrain. Continue confirmatory drilling for UG #3012 Summary of Non-conformances: None Issued Summary of Meetings and Discussions: CC& V.• CC&V held a Weekly Construction meeting on February 2, 2010. Items discussed included Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA. Spoke with Ron Roberts concerning permeability results from soil liner fill processed at the South Cresson Clay borrow. The test results showed that the soil liner fill processed recently would have to be placed at +3% moisture. Samples of the remaining unprocessed material were obtained for permeability testing. Spoke with Tom Shepard (Projects) and Bill Newman (Ames) concerning the remaining clay at the South Cresson Clay borrow. The decision was made to move the soil liner fill processing plant to the East Cresson Clay borrow. Ames Construction: Daily Safety/Tailgate Meetings: AMEC personnel attended the Ames daily safety meeting held prior to the start of shift. Discussions centered on safety and planned work activities. AMEC: John Lupo was onsite Wednesday (2/3/2010) to inspect encountered underground workings. John also observed ongoing work activities and project progress during the site visit.
