Section 3.02.2 Determination of Bond Amount <br />14. Attached is the Division's reclamation cost estimate for PR-4. The estimate is comprised of <br />eight tasks, a summary sheet and tasks 251-257, and represents a decrease in liability of <br />$45,039.00. The Division's estimate is more than BRL's estimate of $40,244.00, due to updated <br />costs. Please inform the Division in writing whether the Division's estimate is acceptable to <br />BRL. <br />In the submittal dated August 31, 2010, BRL requested that the cost estimate be decreased <br />further to account for the transfer of one additional drill hole, exploration drill hole 2010-2. The <br />Division agreed so the new reclamation cost estimate for PR-4 is a credit of $57,598.00. <br />Attached is a revised cost estimate summary sheet. Please inform the Division in writing <br />whether or not the revised cost estimate is acceptable to BRL. <br />Other Agency Comment Letters <br />15. Attached is a letter dated June 14, 2010 that the Division received from the Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) concerning PR-4. In their letter, the BLM verified that the federal mining <br />leases and access pertinent to PR-4 have been issued and approved. The BLM also stated that <br />the modification of coal lease COD036955, pertaining to PR-12 for the Bowie No. 2 Mine, was <br />still in progress. <br />This issue is resolved.
