This MR is to address the following:
1. Please provide a description of the mitigative methods proposed by WFC to address any
localized settling that may occur on reclaimed lands west of 2700 Road during the liability
period
Subsection 13.4 has been added to Section 2.05.4(2)(d) to specifically address this concern on
all irrigated lands west of 2700 Road. Localized settling will not affect the reclamation
success of Dryland Pasture in a negative way, and as such no mitigative measures are
necessary.
Please see the attached replacement pages for Section 2.05.4(2)(d). These include the new
subsection, the pages that follow the new subsection (and therefore have new page numbers),
and the new Table of Contents.
Sincerely
Ben Langenfeld, Project Engineer
Greg Lewicki and Associates
cc: Ross Gubka, WFC
