Pineda <br />Director <br />The DRMS has completed a preliminary review of the West Elk Mine's Spring 2010 subsidence <br />report. Although the report is well-organized and provides extensive documentation of subsidence <br />impacts at the West Elk Mine, some of the supporting data appears to have been omitted. Please <br />provide the following data, so that we may complete our review. <br />1. Monitoring data in Appendix B for Panel E1 survey stations 1 through 124. Data for stations <br />200 through 319 have been provided in Appendix B of previous reports, but data for stations 1 <br />through 124 have not been provided. <br />2.
