Martin <br />Executive Director <br />RE: Need For State Reclamation Permit- M-2010- 0`b IN Dear Mr. Frick: <br />Enclosed are pertinent sections of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) Rules and Regulations <br />and Board Policy adopted July of 1999, titled "'Need for a Reclamation Permit". To determine if you need a <br />permit for your proposed activity, first check Rule 1.2 which describes activities the Board has determined do not <br />require state reclamation permits and the attached policy. If you find a match, you can proceed based on your <br />interpretation of the rule, but at your risk. If you want to be sure or are uncertain how the Rule may apply to your <br />activity, you should answer the list of questions that follow and send your question, i.e., "Do I need a State Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board permit?" to the Division. <br />The Board has directed the Division to make the decision based on the information you supply. If you disagree with <br />the Division's decision, you may appeal that decision to the Board. <br />Please include in your request answers to the following questions: <br />Please give the legal location of the proposed project and submit a site map that clearly delineates the <br />location of the proposed extraction site and the location of the nearest city, town, and county 1 c tion name. <br />Section; Township _; Range PM Countyi?? <br />Direction and miles to nearest town/city A`?, ??r?+J.o_? ?c ?Y? <br />2.
