Attachment B
1) Survey Plats for Water Monitoring wells:
• WW-CC-ID1 and WW-CC-SDI.
2) Wellbore Sketch for Water Monitoring wells:
• WW-CC-ID1 and WW-CC-SD1.
3) Reclamation cost estimate for the two Water Monitoring wells:
With 4 inch ID casing and depths of 110 feet for WW-CC-ID I and
WW-CC-SDI, the total volume to fill with cement is 20 cubic feet.
Each 110 foot well has a capacity of 10 cu ft.
• Typically a 94-1b sack of cement (Type I/II) fills a volume of 1.28
cubic feet (six gallons of water mixed with one sack of cement).
So, 16 sacks of cement are required to cement both wellbores to
surface.
• A typical pallet of cement contains 40 sacks. At $10/sack this will
be $400.
• Labor cost for one day at 1 Ohrs/day (two people), ($100/hr) will be
$2000.
• Rental of a cement mixer/pump (two days minimum @ $100/day)
will be $200.
• Rental of an air compressor (two days minimum @ $100/day) will
be $200.
• Rental of a Pickup Truck (one day @ $100/day) will be $100.
• Hotel and food for the crew will be $300.
Total reclamation cost for two wells is estimated to be $3200. With
50% contingency, the total cost is $4800.
M-1980-047 Technical Revision 14 Submittal Page 9
