Box 533 <br />Pueblo, CO 81002-0533- <br />Re: Cedarwood Clay Mine, Permit No. M-1977-317, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Welte: <br />On December 29; 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted <br />to the Division on October 27, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Convert the 110 application into 112 by adding 83.35 acres for a total of 93.25 acres <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977-317. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-317 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $77,243.00 exceeds the $36,700.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $40,543.00.
