Justification: Without this road accessibility would not exist when maintenance and monitoring is required. <br />Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20-1.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: This road is approximately 9,800 feet long and provides north /south access through the permit <br />area. As shown on the profile, it meets the grade criteria for a light use road. In addition, it meets the criteria for <br />design and construction, drainage, and surfacing. Maintenance will be conducted as necessary until final bond <br />release. Drainage control along this road consists of designed ditches and culverts. SEDCAD design calculations <br />are contained in Tab 13, Facilities. <br />7 ight Use Road 3B U 3B) <br />Rationale: This road provides access for landowner use, maintenance and monitoring of the Yoast reclamation area <br />prior to final bond release. This road will provide landowner access to otherwise inaccessible portions of property <br />within and adjacent to the Yoast reclamation area following final bond release. <br />justification: Without this road accessibility would not exist when maintenance and monitoring or general <br />landowner access is required. Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20 -1.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: This road is approximately 7,480 feet long and connects with an existing road through the <br />undisturbed area and with LU 4 to provide access from Routt County Road 37 through the south mining area. LU <br />3B currently terminates at the BLM property boundary that separates LU 3B from LU 3A. As shown on the profile, <br />it meets the grade criteria for a light use road. In addition, it meets the criteria for design and construction, drainage, <br />and surfacing. Drainage control along this road consists of typical light use road ditches and water bars to control <br />runoff and erosion. Maintenance will be performed as necessary until final bond release. <br />Light Use Road 4 (LU ) <br />Rationale: This road provides access for landowner use, maintenance and monitoring of the Yoast reclamation area <br />prior to final bond release. This road will provide landowner access to otherwise inaccessible portions of property <br />within and adjacent to the Yoast reclamation area following final bond release. <br />justification: Without this road accessibility would not exist when maintenance and monitoring or general <br />landowner access is required. Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20 -1.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: This road is approximately 850 feet long and provides a connection from Routt County Road 37 <br />and an existing road through the undisturbed area to LU 3B. This road also provides access to Pond 012 and Pond <br />012A for monitoring and maintenance. As shown on the profile, it meets the grade criteria for a light use road. In <br />addition, it meets the criteria for design and construction, drainage, and surfacing. Maintenance will be conducted as <br />necessary until final bond release. <br />Light Use Road 5 (LU 5) <br />Rationale: This road provides access for landowner use, maintenance and monitoring of the Yoast reclamation area <br />prior to final bond release. This road will provide landowner access to otherwise inaccessible portions of property <br />within and adjacent to the Yoast reclamation area following final bond release. <br />justification: Without this road accessibility would not exist when maintenance and monitoring or general <br />landowner access is required. Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20 -1.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: This road is approximately 370 feet long and provides access to Pond 013 for monitoring and <br />maintenance. As shown on the profile, it meets the grade criteria for a light use road. In addition, it meets the <br />criteria for design and construction, drainage, and surfacing.
