As an Owner of surface lands within the Seneca 11-W iVline permit area, it is hereby requested that
approximately 5,580 feet of existing road in Section 22, TSN, R88W, be left as a permanent feature
following final reclamation of the Seneca II-W Mine permit area. The portions of permanent road
requested arc described as follows and are shown on the attached figure:
