Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both ponds <br />discharged during November 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling <br />frequency. No parameters were outside of the permit limits. The operator provided a copy of the reports to the <br />Division in a timely manner.
