Pineda <br />Director <br />FROM: Jim Stark <br />SUBJECT: New Elk Mine's TR-54 Adequacy Questions <br />DATE: 27 December 2010 <br />I have reviewed the materials submitted by NECC (dated 14 December 2010) in response <br />to my five additional adequacy questions included in my 30 November 2010 memo. The <br />following are my findings (note, the numbering follows my original memo dated 30 <br />November 2010). <br />1. This item is resolved. NECC has provided engineer certified copies of the Map <br />11 series. <br />2. This item is resolved. NECC has corrected the text as requested. <br />3. This item is resolved. NECC has corrected the text information regarding the <br />slope track as requested. <br />4. This item is resolved. NECC has included the structure information as requested <br />in Table 19. <br />5. This item is resolved.
