The subgrade <br />preparation was performed using a CAT D-6 LGP dozer, a CAT 773 water wagon, and a 10- <br />ton vibratory smooth drum compactor. An AMEC field representative monitored the <br />preparation constantly. Nuclear density testing was performed for the subgrade with results <br />averaging 95% of maximum dry density. Moisture-density relations were performed in <br />accordance to ASTM D-698-07. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 10.03.09.D.doc
