Lincoln County Use by Special Review Permit. <br />2. Air Pollution Emission Notice (APEN) and Application for Construction <br />Permit. <br />There will be no discharge from this pit into Hackberry Creek nor any work in the <br />channel of this creek therefore no Discharge Permit from CDPHE nor permit from <br />U.S.A.C.E. is required. <br />6 <br />
