Page 2 of 2 <br />LPC/C&J Gravel Boundary Mining Request <br />levels of the respective pits, mining through the boundary will allow for the best use of <br />the resource and a final elevation in line with the long term plans of both operators. <br />By the signatures below, both parties commit to communicating and coordinating the <br />mining of this boundary to ensure slope stability, safety and maximum resource recovery. <br />The projected final slope of this boundary would be no greater than 3:1 between the floor <br />of the Montoya Pit and the floor of the Crader Pit. Mining on either side of the boundary <br />by either operator will provide for slope stability and provide storm water run-on/off <br />protection.
