The water level was below full,and there <br /> was no discharge. The outlet channel for the primary spillway had been cleared of vegetation and soil to enable <br /> observation of the outlet pipe(part of primary spillway). The material was piled on top of the banks of the <br /> channel. <br /> Willows are still growing on the pond embankment. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03: <br /> -All roads were in good shape with minimal ruts.
