Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Williams Fork Mines conducted by Jim Stark of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety. The aerial photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of the Division of 13 <br /> December 2010. The weather was clear and most of the snow that was present during the 9 December 2010 on- <br /> the-ground inspection has melted. Only the main facilities area was photographed on the inspection. <br /> The reclaimed#4 portal area appears to remain stable. The facilities area remains stable. There did appear to be a <br /> good deal of standing water(possibly frozen)in the location of the coal stockpile/stacking tube from the Mine#5A <br /> portal(the conveyor that runs over the highway. The haul road appears to remain stable and was free of snow <br /> during the inspection.
