Thirteen <br />photos were taken during flyover; nine of the photos are shown below. <br />The ground was clear of snow. No compliance problems were evident in the photos. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION - Rule 4.17: <br />No fugitive dust problems are evident in the photos. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE - Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />The waste pile at King I appears to be in good condition, with several piles of material on the top of the pile.
