Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete coal inspection conducted on December 14 - 16, 2010 by Rob Zuber of the Colorado Division <br /> of Reclamation,Mining, and Safety(Division)and Stephanie Reigh,regulatory intern within the Division. The <br /> purpose of the inspection was to evaluate the on-the-ground condition with respect to Trapper Mine's mining and <br /> environmental protection activities. Graham Roberts of TMI accompanied all of the inspection in the field, and <br /> Seth Puls accompanied the inspection on the afternoon of December 15. Division staff also met in the TMI office <br /> with Roberts, Puls,Forrest Luke and Larry Johns. <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17: <br /> Roads were not a source of fugitive dust during the inspection. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records were found to be in compliance. See checklist in report. <br /> EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE—Rule 4.09: <br /> At the Horse Gulch Fill(observed from the 7585' elevation)there was no activity on the ridgeline or on <br /> the slope on December 15th. On December 16th,the slope was observed from below(near the Horse Gulch pond) <br /> and trucks were dumping spoil over the side,to the north portion of the slope. <br /> EXPLOSIVES—Rule 4.08: <br /> Blasting records were reviewed in the Blasting Foreman's office, and the forms were discussed with Kraig <br /> Copeland and Larry Johns of TMI.
