Compliance With Mine Plan N -Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca II Mine conducted by Jim Stark of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety. No representative from SCC accompanied me on this inspection. The mine has <br /> been reclaimed(and is no longer actively producing or shipping coal). The weather was cool and overcast and the <br /> ground was covered with snow. <br /> The mine was basically inaccessible at the time of the inspection due to snow. The road was only plowed as far as <br /> the shop and warehouse. On 15 December 2010 the Division approved Permit Revision 02 for the Seneca II Mine. <br /> This revision decreased the permit area by 3,070.5 acres to 386.5 acres. The decrease in acres reflects the acreage <br /> incorporated in the newly permitted Sage Creek Mine. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> -The mine ID sign was in place at entrance to the mine.
