Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both ponds <br />discharged during October 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling frequency. <br />No parameters were outside of the permit limits. The operator provided a copy of the reports to the Division in a <br />timely manner.
