All of the information has been scanned under <br />PR3 in the imaging system. I am currently reviewing all portions of the application as I can assess completeness for much <br />of the submittal. I am requesting your assistance as noted below. I would like to request your completeness review <br />memos by Wednesday, 4 February 2009. On Monday I will send each of you an individual e-mail if I have any additional <br />questions regarding the submittal.
