Drain cover fill material was placed over the piping. An AMEC field <br />representative was present during placement. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC observed, obtained samples, and assisted in the process of DCF material at the DCF process area. <br />AMEC continuously monitored the DCF placement. <br />AMEC observed the installation of the high volume solution collection system. <br />AMEC observed loading ore at the Phase 5 PSSA during day and night shift. <br />AMEC observed construction and placement of the level indicator piping. <br />Testing Summary <br />Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture-Density Relations, <br />Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials. <br />VLF WeeklyReport WE 11.20.1OD
