Pineda <br />D <br />RE: S & H Mine; DRMS File No. M-2000-158; Amendment 02, Decision Date Extension <br />Denial <br />Dear Mr. Hagen, <br />On December 13th, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received <br />your request for an extension of the decision date for the amendment application (AM02) for <br />the S & H Mine (M-2000-158). Platte Sand and Gravel, LLC. has requested the decision date for <br />the amendment application not be extended. Given they are the permit holders for the <br />operation; the Division must honor this request.
