("Cotter") for surface water sampling <br />conducted in October 2010 at monitoring stations SW-AWD (on October 12, 2010) and <br />SW-BPL (on October 15, 2010). <br />The enclosed results were received by Cotter on November 23, 2010 (for SW-AWD) and <br />December 3, 2010 (for SW-BPL).
