Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received Powertech's request for <br />an extension of time to respond to the Division letter dated March 18, 2010 comprising the fourth review of <br />Modification MD-03 to prospecting notice P-2008-043. The requested extension is hereby granted.
