a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the
Extraction of Construction Materials. The mine is known as the Hogue River Pit, and is located
in Sections 4 and 9, Township 6 North, Range 85 west of the 6th Prime Meridian, Routt County,
State of Colorado.
