Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA -Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17 <br /> A small amount of dust was blowing off of the dumped ash,but was not observed blowing off site. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> The site had not had precipitation in recent days(since November 15,2010). No water was observed in B Pit or <br /> any ponds. No problems were observed with any ponds. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE <br /> CEC continues to dispose of ash in Pit B. CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach the <br /> northern extent of the B pit. During the inspection,no equipment was at the pit. A pile of ash was visible and had <br /> not yet been pushed into the pit. No problems were observed with the pit or the ash disposal area. Mr.Kipp <br /> indicated that three loads had been hauled to the site and dumped prior to the inspection on 12/9/10,and one more <br /> load would be hauled and dumped later that day. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3 <br /> No significant problems were observed. Cheatgrass was observed at various locations on site;this issue will <br /> continue to be monitored. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04 <br /> Observations during the inspection indicated that the facilities are in good shape. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
