In that letter DRMS <br />indicates that the adequacy responses from Climax are due to DRMS no later than two <br />weeks prior to the decision date of January 21, 2011. Climax respectfully requests that <br />DRMS extend the review period and decision date to March 25, 2011 to provide Climax <br />with sufficient time to address the adequacy comments as well as allow DRMS sufficient <br />time to review and approve the application. <br />Sincerely, <br />Raymond Lazuk <br />Environmental Manager <br />c: File
