Box 33424, Denver, Colorado 80233, has submitted to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Minting and Safety a complete application for a new permit to mine! coal in New Horizon North Mine being plane to be developed and mined near Nucla, Montrose County, Colorado. The lands within the proposed permit area area, owned by Garvey & Co LLC, Thomas M and Peggy in Meehan, George E.L. Glasier and Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC. The mining area will. be situated west of 2650 Rd, east of 2600 Rd, north of AA Rd and south of Z Rd. The permit area contains tracts of land located in Section 25 and Section 36, Township 47 North, Range 16 West of the New Mexico Principal's Meridian, Monrose County, Colorado being more particularly described as follows: The West SS of Section 25, T 47 N.
