<br />sufficiency is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these
<br />presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the grantee, its heirs and assigns forever,

<br />the point of intersection with Line 3-4 of the Fairmount Lode M.S. No. 988; thence southwesterly
<br />along Line 3-4 of the Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 988 to Corner No. 4 of the Fairmount Lode, M. S.
