9.5.4 Maximum Design Depth
A minimum of 2 ft. (two feet) of free board will be provided at the face of the impoundment during operations.
9.5.5 Monitoring Well Security
A lockable cover shall be installed on the Leachate Collection Sump. Additionally, all monitoring wells shall
have lockable caps.
9.5.7 Measurement of Impoundment Waste Volume
A table of impoundment waste volume will be available in the facility office. This table will show actual
impoundment volume measured on a quarterly basis, correlated from depth measurements taken with
graduations of 0.05ft.
9.5.8 Groundwater Monitoring Wells
Monitoring wells will be installed up-gradient and down-gradient of the impoundment. These wells shall be
installed at a minimum depth of 20' (twenty feet) into bedrock. The wells will be drilled at 2.375" diameter and
cased with nominal 2" perforated plastic pipe to allow for any recharge/seepage to be measured and/or
collected. A lockable cap shall be installed.
Appendices
•
•
A. Parcel Plat & Boundary Line Survey
B. Venture Resources Property Deeds & US Mineral Surveys
C.
