(Powertech) would like to request an extension for our response to the P-2008-043
NOI MD-03 Fourth Review completeness issues outlined by DRMS in their letter to Powertech dated
March 18, 2010. Powertech was granted approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for
its Class V Underground Injection Control Permit to re-inject produced pump test water. The permit
approval triggers a 30 day appeal period.
Powertech intends to conduct its Centennial aquifer pumping test during the spring of 2011. The purpose
of the spring pump test is to avoid the potential of freeze conditions and the utilization of freeze-
prevention techniques during water storage.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact Richard Blubaugh
at (303)790-7528 or myself at (970)556-5988.
Sincerely Yours,
/11/i ac/ //. ?2s?i a2c
Michael D.
