Section 34-3,3-1.18, C.R.S. requires public notice when an application for a permit <br />revision is made. Section 34-33-110, C.R.S. requires the applicant to maintain a copy of the <br />application on file for public inspection with the clerk and recorder's office in the county <br />where the operation is located. Rule 2.07 provides additional requirements for public <br />availability of information and public: participation. These requirements have been met. <br />42. Section 34-33-11.4 (2), C.R.S., provides the basis upon which a permit revision <br />shall be approved. Rule 2.07.6(2) sets out further criteria for permit (including a permit <br />revision) approval or denial. The Division addresses these requirements in the Proposed <br />Decision at pages 22-26. 'there was no evidence presented that disputes the Division's <br />findings.
