Modifications to the haul road and
mining plan have been incorporated into the attached Mine Plan Map. The biggest revision is
the location of the entrance road. Instead of the road cutting across the pit, we propose
realigning the road along the northern pit boundary. We also plan to keep the existing buildings
in place during the mining operation.
Attached is a check for the Technical Revision fee for Permit No. M-2003-037. If you have
any questions or concerns regarding this request, do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Peter M. Kearl
Resource/Environmental Manager
