Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the Geotechnical <br />Monitoring Report (GMR) for the Trapper Mine that is dated September 30, 2010. It was received by the <br />Division on October 1, 2010. <br />The Division has the following comments and requests in regard to the geotechnical monitoring system at <br />Trapper Mine and the September 2010 GMR. <br />• Each of the questions raised in the Division review of the previous GMR have been answered. <br />• In future GMR submittals please provide the depths below the surface that each of the sensors has been <br />installed for Station 5. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal.
