Pineda <br />Director <br />Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for the Bowie No. 1 Mine's 2010 Midterm <br />Review (MT-06). The estimate is 100 tasks (a summary sheet tasks 001-212) and <br />represents a new liability of $4,213,691.00. Based on the Bowie No. 1 Bond Releases, <br />however, the Division must retain an additional $501,479.00. This makes the required <br />liability at the site $4,715,170.00. The Division currently holds a bond in the form of <br />three corporate sureties in the amount of $5,761,290.00.
