Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original <br />Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic <br />Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Backfilling and Grading operations have been concluded at the Bleeder Shaft site. The site was snow covered, but <br />all backfilling and grading operations appear to be completed. No problems were noted. <br />Grading activities were being conducted on the ROM coal stockpile. No problems were noted with the exception <br />of the following: <br />- Caution should be taken while grading to ensure that the 22" poly drain pipe from ditch D-4 to the pump <br />sump is not buried. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />This was a partial inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. Joe Shoemaker of <br />TCC accompanied the inspection. Snow was falling sporadically throughout the inspection with substantial snow <br />cover on site. The long wall continues in panel 17 left "in-by" having recently been moved past a fault from 17 <br />left "out-by". No coal was being loaded at the time of the inspection. <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES - Rule 4.10 and 4.11 ? ?Drainage Control; Surface <br />Stabilization; Placement: <br />The core drain of the RDA expansion nears completion. Material for the drain was in the process of placement at <br />the time of the inspection. Joe Shoemaker of TCC stated that the core drain has approximately 100' left to <br />completion. Refuse material has been placed at the toe of the RDA expansion area, over the completed core drain. <br />No deviation from the approved core drain designs was observed during the inspection. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.0311 ?
