Page 2 of 2 <br />Civil Penalty: <br />In accordance with C.R.S. 34-32.5-124(7) a Civil Penalty may be assessed at a rate of $100.00 to $1,000.00 <br />for each day of violation. In this case, there are 40 days of violation (from the date of RTB letter signed <br />November 5, 2010 to the December 15, 2010 MLRB Board Meeting date). <br />The Division will access a civil penalty of $100.00 per day of violation for 40 days.
