Pineda <br /> Director <br />RE: Twentymile Coal Company, Permit C-82-056 <br />October 2010 Discharge Monitoring Report Review (Permit CO-0027154, Permit COG <br />073311 and Permit COG-073534) <br />Dear Mr. Watterson, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The October 2010 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for the above referenced CDPS Permits were received by the Division on 22 <br />November 2010; the reports cover the time period from 01 October 2010 through 31 October 2010. <br />Permit CO-0027154 - Outfalls 005A/MON5/005W (Pond D), 008A (Pond G) and 003A (Pond B) <br />discharged during October 2010. No exceedances of compliance criteria were noted during the month. <br />Outfall 004A, 002A, 006A, and 007A/007W/MON7 did not discharge during the month noted. <br />Permit COG-073311 - Outfall 001A (Fish Creek Construction Crossing) discharged during the month <br />of October 2010. No exceedances of compliance criteria were noted during the month. It is noted that <br />this permit has received approval for termination at the end of October 2010. <br />Permit COG-073534 - The construction associated with Outfall 001A (Foidel Creek Pipeline <br />Crossing) did not occur during October 2010.
