Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has identified several other comments and questions that must be addressed prior to <br />the Division's decision due date. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily <br />address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues <br />that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no <br />extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The Applicant has provided a plan for managing stormwater on the site which includes the <br />construction of stormwater diversion ditches and sediment ponds. Please provide a narrative <br />describing how the structures associated with stormwater management will be reclaimed. <br />6.4.12 Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />2. The financial warranty estimate provided by the Applicant did not include costs for <br />reclaiming stormwater management structures. Please provide the costs to reclaim the <br />stormwater structures. The costs should include backfilling the stormwater diversion ditches <br />and sediment ponds and removal of riprap inlet/outlet structures. <br />As previously mentioned, if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies <br />prior to December 28, 2010, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to <br />allow for continued review of this application.
