0 ameo <br />8.0 CONCLUSIONS <br />In accordance with our responsibilities as the Project Engineer and as the Quality <br />Assurance Consultant for construction of the 2010 Phase 5 VLF, and per the requirements <br />of the various applicable DRMS approvals, AMEC Earth and Environmental Inc. (AMEC) <br />attests that it observed and performed the required CQA activities during construction of the <br />2010 Phase 5 VLF.
