PERMIT #: M-1996-079 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: MAC <br />INSPECTION DATE: November 16, 2010 <br />Reveg`tation: <br />The site contains the following noxious weeds: diffuse knapweed, common mullein, and downy brome. All of these <br />weeds are listed on the Colorado Noxious Weed List and therefore they must be managed. The presence of noxious weeds <br />on the mine site is considered a problem and will require corrective action by the Operator. The Division recommends the <br />Operator consult with Boulder County Open Space in creating a Weed Control Plan. The Weed Coordinator for Boulder <br />County is Steve Sauer: (303)678-6110, ssauergco.boulder.co.us <br />Signs and Markers: <br />The boundary of the affected area was not delineated by markers or other monuments as required by Rule 3.1.12. The lack <br />of boundary markers is considered a problem and will require corrective action by the Operator. <br />This concluded the inspection. <br />Page 3 of 5
